ProCook in Bluewater Shopping Centre is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to join our customer-focused team. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchasing decisions while delivering outstanding service.

Part-time roles available: 12 hours (3 x 4h shifts, including weekends) or 24 hours (4 days, Monday/Wednesday/Friday plus one weekend). We offer structured training, targets with bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including real living wage, staff discounts,

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our established team in the Bluewater Shopping Centre Store! We have 2 great opportunities for permanent part time colleagues working either 12 or 24hrs per week

1. 12 hours - 3 x 4hr shifts. Working pattern will include both weekend days and a further day in the week

2. 24 hours per week - open to being trained as a key holder this role requires availability across 4 days, availability required on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 1 weekend day.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
