ProCook Ltd. in Fleetwood is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and guide buying decisions in our store.

This part-time role offers structured training, a friendly team environment, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets, with a Real Living Wage of £13.45 per hour.

You will support merchandising, process transactions, and training to become a keyholder, with weekend and rota-based flexibility.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our small friendly team in our Fleetwood Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 11hrs per week, availability to work a mix of 2 week days and weekends. This role will also require the successful candidate to train as a keyholder
