ProCook in Edinburgh is looking for a confident Sales Advisor to help customers select the perfect product and deliver outstanding service. This part‑time role (12 hours per week, typically 3 x 4 hour shifts, including weekends) includes structured training, targets, and a generous colleague discount.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Edinburgh Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 12hrs per week 3 x 4 hour shifts expected working pattern to be Saturday, Sunday and 1 weekday evening.
