ProCook is seeking a confident Sales Advisor for our Fleetwood store on a permanent part-time contract (11 hours per week). You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, and guide product selections to help them find the perfect item for their cooking style.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our small friendly team in our Fleetwood Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 11hrs per week, availability to work a mix of 2 week days and weekends. This role will also require the successful candidate to train as a keyholder.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
