ProCook Ltd. is seeking a confident Sales Advisor for our Street Store. You will welcome customers, explain products, and guide buying decisions with excellent service and up-to-date product knowledge.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team, hit sales targets, and participate in structured training while enjoying benefits like staff discounts and flexible weekend hours. This part-time role involves 16 hours across Thu-Sun, in-store service and clear performance expectations.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Street Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week across the following 4 days Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
