Job summary

ProCook in York is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share product knowledge and help shoppers choose the perfect kitchen tools. You will work in a lively, customer-facing role with clear targets and structured training.

The position is part-time (13 hours per week) with weekday and weekend shifts, a Real Living Wage hourly rate of £13.45, full training, and benefits including staff discounts, pension and generous holidays.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our store in York! We have a permanent part time contract working 13hrs per week. Working 1 x 6hr and 1 x 7hr shift availability to work 1 weekday and 1 weekend shift ( Saturday and Sunday availability required)

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
