Job summary

ProCook is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Street Store in the United Kingdom. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week across Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will warmly welcome customers, help them choose products, and share knowledge to influence buying decisions with outstanding service.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Street Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week across the following 4 days Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
