Tate is recruiting Sales Advisors to join a friendly, customer-focused team in Cardiff. The role is a 4‑month contract in the Business Energy division, with hybrid working (2/3 days from home) and a 37‑hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30.

This role will sit in the Business Energy division, supporting the processing of new and renewing energy contracts.
Responsibilities: The Sales Support department is responsible for processing all new and renewing business energy supply tenders.
As a Sales Support Advisor your role will be diverse and dynamic, we have opportunities in areas such as pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration and securing contracts.
It will be your responsibility to accurately log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector as well as ad hoc pieces of work related to the role.
It is imperative you have a passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time to prospective and renewing customers, and falls within stringent compliance parameters.

You will need some excellent customer service skills to provide a flexible service to both internal and external customers.
Being an excellent rapport builder and communicator is essential as you will be working with all levels.

You should be comfortable working closely with your team or independently.
You should also expect to meet targets and manage your own workload.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
Additional Information Security Clearance: BPSS Start Date: 28/09/2026 please note that training will last 4-6 weeks' and so successful candidates will not be able to have any pre-booked holiday during this period.
