Job summary

Tate is recruiting Sales Advisors to join a friendly, customer-focused team in Cardiff. The role is a 4‑month contract in the Business Energy division, with hybrid working (2/3 days from home) and a 37‑hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30.

The successful candidate will process new and renewing energy contracts, logging, quoting and accepting high volumes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Training and BPSS clearance are noted in the advert.

Qualifications

• This role requires a passion for accuracy to ensure all work is correct and compliant.
• Excellent customer service skills to support internal and external customers.
• Strong rapport building and communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Team work ethic and ability to work independently to meet targets.
• Comfortable logging, quoting and accepting high volumes of contracts.
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and renewing business energy supply contracts.
• Log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts.
• Support pricing, contract retention, renewals and contract administration.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery within compliance parameters.
