Job summary

Radius Payment Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to join our expanding team in a role that combines telesales with customer engagement. The base salary starts at £26,000 with uncapped commission and regular merit-based pay reviews.

You will generate revenue from existing customers and new prospects, handle leads, and ensure post-sale satisfaction. The role includes comprehensive induction and ongoing weekly training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role preferred.
• Proven ability to win new business and generate revenue.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Desire to hit targets to maximise earnings.
• Team player with a quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Fully explain features and benefits, and perform online screen sharing demonstrations when needed.
• Generate revenue from existing fuel card customers and new prospects.
• Follow up on internal and website leads.
• Deliver after-sales service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Obtain additional orders or referrals from current customers.
• Take orders and coordinate installations.

What will you be doing as a Sales Advisor?

• Fully explain features and benefits, arranging ad performing online screen sharing demonstrations as and when necessary
• Generating revenue from both existing fuel card customers and new prospects
• Following up on internal and website leads
• After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied
• Obtaining additional orders or referrals from current customers
• Taking orders and organising installations

What experience / skills are we looking for?

• 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role preferred. Experience selling SAAS beneficial but not essential
• Proven at winning new business and generating profitable revenue
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings
• Team player
• A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet
