Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, developing strong relationships with customers, and supporting Account Managers with day-to-day admin.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 7.30am–4.30pm, with occasional Saturdays, and enjoy a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Get to know product lines and services to engage customers per JPS values.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers via face-to-face or phone interactions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise delivery times and update customers.
• Keep the branch and yard clean to make a great first impression.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Suggest opportunities for improvement with colleagues.

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7.3 0am – 4.30pm Monday to Fridayand the occasional Saturdays between 8am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers, helping to maintain accurate client profiles and deliver a high standard of client service
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
• Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
