Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) is hiring a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering outstanding service to our public sector customers. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing proactive solutions to ensure the best experience.

This role offers a 7.30am–4.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance and 33 days of holiday.

Formación

• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Passion for working with people.
• A positive can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers, helping to maintain accurate client profiles and deliver a high standard of client service.
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
• Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
