Job summary

Jewson welcomes a Sales Advisor for the Haverfordwest branch. You will build strong customer relationships, advise on products, and process orders using our in-house systems. A positive, can-do attitude helps you thrive in a busy branch environment.

You will contribute to stock control, delivery coordination, and maintaining a welcoming branch. The role offers benefits and a clear path for growth within Jewson Partnership Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment is required or preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for working with people and delivering great service.
• Previous industry experience is helpful but not essential.
• Shows a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Get to know product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide proactive advice.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise deliveries and update customers.
• Keep the branch and yard tidy to make a great first impression.
• Maintain stock levels and support colleagues with improvements.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor in our Haverfordwest (SA61 1XE) branch! Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are. Working Hours – 7.30am – 4.30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
• Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
