Key Recruitment Limited in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy, customer-focused team in a role that supports day-to-day branch operations.

You will handle customer enquiries, process orders and maintain office duties in a friendly, professional environment, with standard Monday-Friday hours and no weekend work. This temporary-to-permanent role offers a £13.45 hourly rate and opportunities to develop within a supportive company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, providing professional service.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Process orders, quotes, enquiries and returns accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
• Complete data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Ensure branch compliance with statutory/regulatory/health and safety requirements.
• Support sales team with general administration and customer-related tasks.
• Take on additional administrative duties as required by management.
• Help ensure smooth branch operations through effective communication and organisation.
