Job summary

Maincor, a department of Floplast Limited within Wienerberger UK & Ireland – Water & Heating, is seeking a Sales Administrator in Hinckley to support the day-to-day Sales Technical Office. You will handle orders, pricing updates, and enquiries while collaborating with operations to maintain excellent service standards.

You’ll have opportunities to develop skills across functions and contribute to timely delivery of customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, sales support or operational support roles.
• Strong customer service skills with professional handling of enquiries via phone and email.
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience processing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving and timely responses to customer queries.
• Ability to work across warehouse, logistics and operational teams.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer orders.
• Process customer pricing changes.
• Process supplier price changes.
• Field customer service calls and emails about orders and delivery information.
• Take ownership of office sundries supply.
• Liaise with Warehouse to support operational efficiency.
• Act as primary contact for regional use of new office accommodation.
