Join our on-site team to streamline quotations, orders, deliveries, and stock levels while helping deliver reliable, cost-effective MRO solutions for our customers' operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role.
• Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Relationship building.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix.
• Receive and manage daily deliveries, ensuring customers receive their orders.
• Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels.
• Manual Handling of Stocked Products, replenishing Satellite store locations.
