The Role of Sales Administrator:
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a fantastic sales department, not only be sales focused you will be involved and be a part of the operational process learning and adapting new skill sets to allow you to gain confidence and make decisions when needed to.
You will have the control to support all new and existing customers coming on board to Enreach UK and ensuring their customer expectations are met and delivery a high-level service from day 1, controlling and communicating with the customer and anyone internal to ensure thinks are kept inline with SLA and process requirements.
The aim is to ensure from point of sale we are getting our customers on board and installed within the SLA time and making sure there are no problem’s during this time frame, allowing Enreach UK to maximise the profit also meet install expectations.
