A growing business in Telford is seeking a part-time Customer Services and Sales Administrator. The role involves providing customer service and sales support, working closely with the Operations Manager. We are working with an established, growing business based in Telford that is looking to recruit a Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join their team. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and sales support, ensuring the company's targets and objectives are met. Our client values responsibility and quality in work, acting in the best interests of colleagues and the company at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, be a good team player with a positive outlook, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be conscientious, detail-oriented, willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
