Job Description

Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Matlock

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Basic salary from £24,124 per annum

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

To work alongside the local sales team, in sales-related administration to support the local sales managers and directors.

Your main duties will include:

  • Creating introduction presentations and proposals for clients
  • Creating mood boards for clients
  • Costing jobs and producing quotations
  • Creating and amending client records on the CRM system as required
  • Completing and issuing customer agreements
  • Monitoring colleagues' emails during annual leave
  • Completing monthly sales documents
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
  • Previous sales admin experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of tender processes is advantageous but not essential
