Job Summary

We are seeking a super organised Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Managed IT Services sales team. This role is crucial in managing and streamlining key administrative functions, ensuring that sales processes are executed smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for preparing sales documentation, generating accurate quotes, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate the successful processing of sales orders. Your contribution will directly impact the team’s ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the IT sales team, improving operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, such as contracts, deal packs, and other essential paperwork.
  • Create and issue accurate customer quotes, ensuring alignment with sales specifications.
  • Communicate with customers to gather information, clarify requirements, and address queries.
  • Develop and organise sales materials and presentations tailored to client needs and strategies.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of sales processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales order processing and documentation.
Experience and Skills Required
  • Proven experience in a sales administration role
  • Ideally expertise in managing sales documentation, contracts, and quotes or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail and experience juggling multiple requests while prioritising tasks.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can support the sales team in achieving their goals.
