Job summary

The John Clark Motor Group in Scotland is seeking a Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator for MG/BYD Tayside. This role suits someone who is well organised, people-focused and ready to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.

You will handle car taxation, invoicing, stock management, warranties and fleet deals while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and experience in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Taxing new and used cars and preparing manufacturer handover packs.
• Invoicing new and used cars and processing related payments.
• Bringing vehicles into stock and updating records.
• Setting up warranties for various cars.
• Raising payment requisitions for purchases and part exchanges.
• Monitoring updates on new cars and fleet deals.
• Assisting with FCA audits and compliance checks.

Key Job Requirements

• Taxing new and used cars
• Invoicing new and used cars and preparing appropriate manufacturer handover packs
• Bringing new and used cars into stock
• Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved cars
• Raising payment requisitions for straight purchases and part exchange settlements
• Checking updates on new cars
• Ordering, updating, invoicing and taxing fleet and direct supply deals
• Helping with FCA audits

Required Experience
