Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in St Mellons. You will own the full sales administration process from enquiry to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities and take initiative. Experience with Sage 200 and Salesforce is advantageous, and training can be provided for

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, order processing or a similar role.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sage 200, Salesforce and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, invoices and relevant sales documentation.
• Monitor order progress, coordinate dispatch and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Prepare export and shipping documentation where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records and assist with sales reporting.
• Handle telephone enquiries, general correspondence and other office administration.
