Sales admin:

A well-established manufacturing and distribution business is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join their busy and expanding team. If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Please note: Part-time or flexible hours cannot be offered for this role.

This role is showroom-based, and you will be the face of the business-acting as the first point of contact for customers. Exceptional face-to-face customer service is essential, as you'll be greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and guiding clients through available products and services in person.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing customer orders and liaising with our production team
  • Handling sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Producing quotes and assisting showroom customers
  • Checking pricing, raising invoices, and updating internal systems
  • Sending out samples and processing returns
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Following up sales leads and generating new business through cold calling
  • Staying informed on industry trends and materials
