Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the internal team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Reconcile third‑party invoices and maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Set up and manage promotional activity, proposals, and end‑of‑promo reconciliations.
- Analyse EPOS and market data to support commercial performance insights.
- Coordinate and manage communication between internal departments and clients.
- Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and customer data.
- Handle queries and provide information to clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Admin should have:
- Proven experience in Sales Administration or as an Administration assistant, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Finance or Technical background is desirable but not required.
- Experience using the Promax platform is desirable but not required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
