Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the internal team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Reconcile third‑party invoices and maintain accurate financial tracking.
  • Set up and manage promotional activity, proposals, and end‑of‑promo reconciliations.
  • Analyse EPOS and market data to support commercial performance insights.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between internal departments and clients.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and customer data.
  • Handle queries and provide information to clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Admin should have:

  • Proven experience in Sales Administration or as an Administration assistant, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Finance or Technical background is desirable but not required.
  • Experience using the Promax platform is desirable but not required.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
