Our client is a world leader in technology that protects a business’s most important assets—its staff. They are a leading provider of Employee Protection Solutions, recognized in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 for three consecutive years. Due to expansion and a new product portfolio, they are seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage existing accounts in South East London/Southwest Surrey.
As an Account Manager, you will oversee 50 to 60 accounts, focusing on retaining revenue and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the new portfolio.
You will aim to exceed sales targets, improve forecast accuracy, and develop a robust sales pipeline. Your responsibilities include executing growth strategies for key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with customer success and care teams to understand client challenges and develop winning strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-disciplinary sales in business services, managed services, or technology-enabled environments. Experience in regulatory settings or with compliance or health & safety solutions is desirable. Knowledge of subscription-based services, customer retention, and effective sales methodologies to drive growth is preferred. You should be proficient in analyzing sales data from Salesforce CRM to forecast accurately and manage sales performance.
