Are you a dynamic and versatile Sales Account Manager with the proven ability to nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes?

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field-based role involves meaningful interactions with customers, taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

You don’t need experience in the construction industry to apply. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, driven, and passionate about delivering results and great customer experiences. Our training will cover the rest! Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience in any industry and a solution-oriented approach.
