Field-Based Business Development Manager

UK – Field-Based (with travel as required) / permanent / Competitive Salary + Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to join our team. If you’re a people person who loves building relationships and making a real impact, this is your chance to be part of something special.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Building strong, lasting relationships with recruitment agencies, contractors, and businesses.
  2. Promoting Westlakes Fusion’s FCSA-accredited payroll solutions, emphasizing compliance and trust.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and helping us grow our client base.
  4. Attending industry events, networking, and making connections that count.
  5. Working closely with our internal team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
  6. Staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations (IR35, payroll legislation, etc.).
  7. Helping to shape the future of a company that’s on an exciting growth path.

What We’re Looking For

A People Person: You love meeting new people and building genuine relationships.
Sales & Business Development Experience: Ideally, you have experience in umbrella payroll, recruitment, or a similar field.
FCSA & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of FCSA accreditation, IR35, and payroll compliance is a big plus (but we can train the right person!).
Self-Motivated & Ambitious: You’re driven to succeed and excited by the opportunity to make a difference.
