Job summary

Nominate Recruitment are partnering with a successful Office Solutions company to recruit a Sales / Account Manager in Belfast. You will process orders, prepare quotations, and support both Account Management and Finance teams.

With a base salary up to £28k plus uncapped commission, there is excellent potential to earn bonuses. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with a dynamic team and room to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience within a B2B Sales environment.
• Dynamic, capable, hardworking and confident with the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, prepare quotations, contracts, and agreements; support Account Management and Finance teams.
• Data entry and cleansing in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Achieve sales and promotional targets as agreed.
• Lead email campaigns to nurture leads and customers, monitoring their success.
• Responsible for new sales leads and business development opportunities.
• Monitor budgets and KPIs to ensure targets are hit.
• Comply with in-house policies and procedures.
• Be a champion of customer feedback and gather insights on the customer experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility to cover colleagues' leave.
• Comply with all in-house quality procedures relating to returns/credits/sales enquiry forms and customer complaints.
