As we expand the Phone Locker brand across Europe and aim for global growth, we are seeking skilled and experienced Account Manager’s to join our EMEA team. The Account Manager will be located in the UK, play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our partner network, ensuring exceptional customer solutions, and supporting the brand through meaningful development.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress quickly in their career and have fun along the way!

Responsibilities:

·Develop new accounts and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients.

·Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding orders, shipping information, and inquiries.

·Collaborate with clients, offering product recommendations and quotes to meet their specific needs.

·Act as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients.

·Coordinate the review and approval of sales orders and proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of orders.

·Work closely with the EMEA Commercial Director to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience.

·Plan and execute 4-5 annual trade shows in Europe, representing Phone Locker with professionalism and enthusiasm.

·Provide operational feedback to streamline and enhance the localization of our online channels and align product offerings with the European market.

As an EU Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our UK and overseas teams, including the marketing team, production team, sales teams and product development teams.Your coordination and communication with these teams will ensure a cohesive approach to success in the European market and the exchange of market insights.Your primary focus will be the development and onboarding of prospective schools, universities, music artists, production studios, film studios, events organisers and other organisations who could stand to benefit from our unique product offering.

Requirements:

·Sales or account management experience of 3 years+ in a product field, i.e. not tech/services.

·Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience.

·Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management.

·Willingness to travel for trade shows and client visits as needed as the geography covered for this role includes Germany / Scandinavia and Central Europe.

·Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.

·Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft and CRM systems.

·A Levels or equivalent minimum education.

·German language is ideal but not essential.

·UK driving license and resident with right to work.

·Salary from £30k-£40k DOE + competitive commission structure.

Schedule:

  • 9am – 5pm UK time
  • 4 days per week office based in Colchester, Essex, UK + 1 day working from home.It is essential you can commute to Colchester, UK.
  • Willingness to travel – UK / Europe
