Senior Client Partner - Placing Tier 1 Agency, Publisher, and Client Direct Sales Candidates into Adtech Vendors and Media Owners. UK and EMEA.

Our client is building a creator-first platform that empowers talent across industries—fitness, entertainment, lifestyle, and more—to monetize and grow their fanbase like never before.

With rapid growth and a passionate user base, the company is seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executive to drive creator acquisition and close high-impact deals.

The Job:
  • Identify and outreach to high-potential creators, influencers, and talent managers globally.
  • Conduct pitch calls and demos, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with top creators.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and support teams for a top-tier creator experience.
  • Contribute to shaping the sales playbook as the company scales.
You:
  • At least 2 years in a closing sales role, ideally in tech, creator economy, talent management, or digital media.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the creator space or digital content platforms is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, thriving in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
