Job summary

Lift Schools invites you to join its Physics Teacher Training Programme in partnership with Ark Teacher Training. This school-based ITT offers a salaried route, allowing you to earn while you learn toward PGCE and QTS, with practical classroom experience and expert mentoring.

You will spend the year in a supportive training environment across Lift Schools’ network, with personalised coaching and weekly training to build confidence and teaching capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics or related field by start of programme (2:2 or above).
• GCSE English & Maths at grade 4/C or higher or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical classroom experience as an unqualified Physics teacher under guidance.
• Receive weekly feedback from a dedicated tutor and in-school mentor.
• Engage in targeted weekly training modules and a nationwide training network.
