Lift Beacon High is offering a school-based Initial Teacher Training programme for aspiring Physics teachers. You will train in the classroom under experienced mentors while earning a salary on the salaried route, working toward a PGCE and QTS.

The year-long, full-time programme includes two-week summer school, personalised mentoring, weekly training, and a nationwide training network across Lift Schools. You will graduate with PGCE and QTS and be ready to teach physics in UK secondary schools.

Formación

• Degree in Physics or STEM with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligibility includes GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or higher).
• Must have right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the training year.
• Must not currently hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Responsabilidades

• Gain practical classroom experience as you train in a school setting.
• Receive weekly feedback from mentors and your personal tutor.
• Progress to more independent teaching responsibilities over the year.
