Job summary

Health Care First Partnership in West Yorkshire is seeking a fully qualified GP to join a large, patient‑facing team. You will conduct face‑to‑face and telemedicine consultations, manage chronic diseases and participate in governance and audits.

The role includes teaching and mentoring trainees and contributing to a collaborative, patient‑focused practice. The successful candidate will have GMC and RCPG registrations, annual appraisal readiness, and a commitment to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC and RCPG registration.
• Maintains annual appraisal and revalidation.

• Understands PMS contract and primary care leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and telephone consultations in a busy practice.
• Deliver chronic disease management and care coordination.
