Wood is recruiting for a SAGE Terminal Manager to join our Operations business and lead the safe, reliable and compliant operation of the SAGE Gas Terminal in Aberdeenshire. You will be the senior accountable leader for the site, balancing safety with commercial performance while engaging regulators and stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight in a major hazard environment, including acting as Duty Manager and overseeing cyber

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Senior leadership in a major hazard environment.
• Experience as Duty Holder or operating partner.
• Knowledge of COMAH regulations and UK framework.
• Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting experience.
• Experience engaging with regulators and unions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HSE performance across the terminal, prioritising prevention of major accidents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety management systems.
• Act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
• Drive safe, reliable operations and asset integrity.
• Oversee inspection, maintenance and change processes.
• Lead cyber security governance as the appointed NIS Responsible Officer.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and contracts.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Represent Wood with clients, regulators and emergency services.
• Lead governance forums for continuous improvement.
