Job summary

SGN’s Dundee team is seeking a proactive Team Manager (Operations) to oversee day-to-day operations, manage both staff and contractors, and ensure a safe, efficient service for customers. This role is office-based in Dundee with field-based elements and requires strong leadership and safety focus.

Candidates should have extensive gas-industry knowledge, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the gas industry, legislation, and related health and safety policies.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across levels.
• Committed to safety and to providing coaching and leadership.
• Be prepared to be field based and to drive team performance.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
