Job summary

The Clancy Group in Harefield is seeking a Safety Culture and Engagement Lead to shape a company-wide behavioural development programme, influencing attitudes and decision-making across frontline teams to senior leaders.

You will deliver sessions, facilitate meaningful conversations and translate learning into practical, everyday behaviours, building credibility and guiding the programme’s evolution within a growing UK construction business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging workshops and development sessions across the business
• Create environments that encourage honest discussion, reflection and learning
• Challenge established ways of thinking and help individuals explore different approaches
• Build strong relationships with operational teams, managers and senior leaders
• Support colleagues to turn learning into sustainable behavioural change
• Coach and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
• Gather feedback and insight to improve effectiveness and impact
• Support the development of internal capability through a train-the-trainer approach
• Help shape the ongoing evolution of the programme
