The Clancy Group is seeking a Behaviour Change Lead in Harefield to drive a major development programme across the company. You will engage frontline teams and senior leaders, facilitating sessions and translating learning into practical behaviours to strengthen decision-making and culture.

We Care...That’s why we need people like you who care about your colleagues … people who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.
At Clancy, we know that information alone doesn't change behaviour.People already know the right thing to do.The real challenge is helping them make better decisions under pressure, challenge unsafe habits, influence others positively and embed new ways of thinking into everyday work.
That's why we're looking for a Behaviour Change Lead.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how people think, act and lead across our business, helping create meaningful and lasting change at every level of the organisation.
Working with everyone from frontline teams to senior leaders, you'll lead the delivery of a major behavioural development programme designed to influence attitudes, strengthen decision-making and support a positive, high-performing culture.
This is not a traditional training role. We're not looking for someone to stand at the front of a room and present slides, we're looking for somebody who knows how to engage people, challenge thinking, facilitate meaningful conversations and create genuine behavioural change.
You'll play a central role in rolling out a company-wide development programme, delivering sessions across the business and helping colleagues translate learning into practical, everyday behaviours.
You'll build credibility with a wide range of audiences, creating an environment where people feel comfortable being challenged, reflecting on their own behaviours and taking responsibility for positive change.
As the programme matures, you'll also help shape its future development, identifying opportunities to strengthen impact and embed learning more deeply across the organisation.
