The Clancy Group is seeking a Behaviour Change Lead in Harefield to drive a major development programme across the company. You will engage frontline teams and senior leaders, facilitating sessions and translating learning into practical behaviours to strengthen decision-making and culture.

You will build credibility, coach stakeholders, and shape the programme’s ongoing evolution while maintaining a focus on measurable impact across the organisation.
