Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a coordinator to join the M&E compliance team. You will check certification, maintain databases and analyse data to support escalation decisions, acting as a primary contact for customers and internal teams.

The role runs 37 hours, is office-based, with two to three days in the office, supporting operations between 8am and 5pm. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full role, as no sponsorship is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a coordinator or administrator.
• Experience using information systems and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customers and internal teams on compliance matters.
• Check certification to confirm homes are kept in a safe condition.
• Maintain compliance databases.
• Analyse data and assess individual cases for escalation.
• Provide direct support to operations between 8am and 5pm.
• Prioritise an ever-changing workload and build relationships with customers and teams.
