Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Coordinator - M&E Compliance to ensure our customer homes are maintained to the highest safety standards. You will be the main contact for customers, check certifications, and manage databases while analysing data to escalate cases as needed.

The role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in the office, and a 37-hour week. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that support great customer service.
• Highly organised, methodical and analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with initiative to think outside the box.
• Calm and professional when under pressure.
• Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using information systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Check certification and maintain relevant databases.
• Analyse data and make assessments on cases for escalation.
• Prioritise changing workload with a can-do attitude.
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal teams.
