Job summary

Charters School is seeking a Safeguarding Administrator and Student Wellbeing Support to join our safeguarding team. You will work with young people to help overcome barriers affecting attendance and wellbeing, while handling safeguarding records and policies with confidentiality.

The role includes supporting safeguarding operations, liaising with external safeguarding, and utilizing MS Office tools. Salary is £20,104 (FTE £29,320), with pension and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• A high degree of confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team.
• Maintain safeguarding logs and policies.
• Liaise with external safeguarding bodies as required.
