Job summary

Charters School is seeking a diligent Safeguarding Administrator and Student Wellbeing Support to join our safeguarding team. You will work with young people to help them overcome barriers impacting attendance and wellbeing, while supplying confidential administrative support to the safeguarding team.

The role requires excellent communication, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. We offer pension access and staff benefits to support well-being.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of people.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience in safeguarding/admin support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safeguarding logs and policies and support safeguarding operations.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team.
• Liaise with external safeguarding partners and maintain records.
