Job summary

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Review, Development and Training Officer to lead safeguarding review, audit and learning activity across the partnership. This influential role will help drive improvements in policy and practice through statutory and non-statutory reviews, audits, training and partnership development.

• Support Adult Safeguarding Reviews and Domestic Homicide Reviews.
• Develop and deliver multi-agency learning and training programmes.
• Drive implementation of recommendations from reviews and audits.
• Support partnership readiness for inspections and continuous improvement activity.
