Job summary

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Review, Development and Training Officer to coordinate safeguarding review, audit and learning activity across the Safeguarding Partnership. The role shapes policy and practice through statutory and non-statutory reviews, audits, training and partnership development.

You will work with senior leaders and partners across the council, police, health and wider safeguarding system to deliver rapid reviews, local safeguarding practice reviews and learning

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a partnership environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Track record of delivering improvement through effective project management and collaboration.
• Knowledge of safeguarding review processes and social care practice is desirable.

We are seeking a Review, Development and Training Officer to lead and coordinate safeguarding review, audit and learning activity across the Telford & Wrekin Safeguarding Partnership. This influential role will help drive improvements in policy and practice through statutory and non-statutory reviews, audits, training and partnership development.

Working with senior leaders and partners across the council, police, health and wider safeguarding system, you will:

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a partnership environment, strong analytical and organisational skills, and a track record of delivering improvement through effective project management and collaboration.

Knowledge of safeguarding review processes and social care practice is desirable.
