Job summary

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Review, Development and Training Officer to lead safeguarding review, audit and learning activity across the partnership. We are seeking a Review, Development and Training Officer to lead and coordinate safeguarding review, audit and learning activity across the Telford & Wrekin Safeguarding Partnership. This influential role will help drive improvements in policy and practice through statutory and non-statutory reviews, audits, training and partnership development.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a partnership environment, strong analytical and organisational skills, and a track record of delivering improvement through effective project management and collaboration.

Knowledge of safeguarding review processes and social care practice is desirable.
