Job summary

Barnet Council is recruiting a Safeguarding Practice Review Officer to lead on a new model of safeguarding reviews, including rapid and thematic reviews. You will oversee cases escalated to national panels and ensure learning is disseminated across Barnet’s safeguarding system.

The role requires strong safeguarding expertise, the ability to convene workshops, audits, and webinars, and to embed actions with multi-agency partners. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agency safeguarding systems.
• Excellent report writing and ability to present learning to diverse audiences.
