We are partnering with a leading global Fund Administrator to appoint an experienced SAFe Scrum Master for a high-profile client migration programme in the City of London. This 6-month contract is hybrid, with 2 days on site, and pays £500 per day outside IR35.

You will lead SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, manage cross‑team dependencies, and provide clear progress, risks and issues reporting to stakeholders while guiding data migration efforts.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe environment; SAFe certification preferred.
• Background in Financial Services, ideally Fund Administration or Asset Management.
• Track record delivering data or platform migration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery team through SAFe ceremonies and maintain a fixed delivery cadence.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across business and technology functions.
• Provide stakeholders with clear reporting on progress, risks and issues.
• Navigate the complexity of fund and investor data migration.
