Job summary

Equiniti is seeking a Management Level F Scrum Master to guide agile teams within SAFe or similar scale frameworks. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate across ARTs to deliver value and align with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers.

The role emphasizes removing impediments, improving team metrics, and supporting PI Planning and release readiness in a fast-paced environment. Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
• Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with an ability to motivate and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events: organise, lead, and document all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Mentor team members in agile principles and empower self-organisation around sprint goals.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and ART teams to manage dependencies and synchronise delivery.
