Job summary

Equation Nottinghamshire is seeking a Safe Accommodation Support and Outreach Worker to support male survivors across Nottinghamshire. This interim maternity cover runs until November 2027 and demands a proactive approach to helping survivors access safe housing and navigate housing solutions.

In this hybrid role (three days remote, two on site at NG8 3FH), you will conduct risk assessments, build partnerships with housing and domestic abuse services, and advocate for clients through the Local

• Advocating for survivors and helping them access safe accommodation through Local Authority Housing Solutions teams and partner agencies
• Building strong partnerships with housing, homelessness and domestic abuse services across the county
• Working with communities to improve understanding of domestic abuse and survivors’ housing needs
• Raising awareness of support for men through events, resources and training

About the role
