Job summary

Adapty.io is seeking a data-focused engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines across CRM, billing, product usage and marketing data. You will build, model, and document data layers and create revenue dashboards in Metabase used by Revenue and Marketing teams.

You will also connect marketing to revenue metrics, monitor data quality, and build forecasting models for revenue and churn risk. A strong ownership mindset will help you explain revenue movements and drive impactful decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
• Excellent Python for automation and analysis
• ETL pipelines in production (Airflow, dbt, n8n or equivalents)
• BI/dashboarding knowledge with tooling like Metabase
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR)
• Understanding marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, funnel)

Responsibilities

• Build and own pipelines that bring CRM, billing, invoices, product usage and marketing data together.
• Model data into clean, documented, tested layers for reuse.
• Create dashboards in Metabase for revenue metrics (quota attainment, churn, NRR/GRR).
• Connect marketing to revenue metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, payback).
• Ensure data quality with monitoring, tests and alerts.
• Explain revenue movements by product, region, segment and billing logic.
• Develop revenue forecasting and risk models (forecast, churn risk, NRR).
